Funded Childcare at Horbury

​

At Horbury we are delighted to offer government-funded childcare places for eligible children. Our funded sessions are structured as follows:

• 8:00am – 1:00pm — 5 funded hours per day

• 1:00pm – 6:00pm — 5 funded hours per day

• 8:00am – 6:00pm — 10 funded hours per day

Funded hours may be taken over 38 weeks of the year (term time) or stretched over 51 weeks of the year for families who prefer a more consistent pattern of hours throughout the year, including during school holidays.

Additional costs apply for meals & snacks. The meals & consumables charge is full day £7 or half day £3.50. Healthy packed meals can be brought to nursery.

Please note: Families who choose the stretched funding option are asked to be aware that changes to funding arrangements — including transferring hours to another setting or amending the number of hours taken — cannot be made mid-term. Any changes must be requested at the end of a term and will take effect from the start of the following term.
